Real Madrid’s official injury notice on October 28 revealed that Carvajal has loose bodies in his right knee joint and will undergo arthroscopic surgery. According to Corbe Radio and Marca, Carvajal will be sidelined for 2-3 months.
Carvajal suffered serious injuries last year, including a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament, a ruptured external collateral ligament, and a ruptured popliteus tendon in his right leg. Real Madrid extended his contract until June 2026.
