Shams: Thibodeau has no worries about coaching position, but the Knicks are expected to actively adjust their lineup

Shams said: "Source said the Knicks held an internal meeting this week to evaluate various matters, especially the lineup. Brunson and management fully support coach Thibodeau's retention, but the team is expected to be very proactive in adjusting the lineup."

In an interview, Brunson said that he hopes the Knicks can retain their core roster next season and that he chose to join the team in 2022, partly because he hopes to play for Thibodeau.
