Rule of Suns: The coach searches for how to resolve Devin Booker's trading rumors

should not leave the team. The Suns are looking for the new coach, and Booker communicates with the selected person. The Phoenix Suns are looking for a head coach and they have a roster of candidates to choose from. Whoever the next head coach is could have a significant impact on the direction of the team’s lineup, as there have been rumors that the team will make some personnel changes. One of the changes is that the Suns are looking for a trade partner for Kevin Durant as the two are expected to part ways.

Devin Booker is another name that has appeared throughout the season, but the squad cornerstone doesn't seem to leave, especially after he's involved in the current coaching search.

"According to the Stan Straight, Suns star Devin Booker communicated with the candidates to a certain extent during the interview, which further demonstrated the determination of owner Matt Ishbiya to make Booker clear of his determination to continue as the cornerstone of the team," Stan wrote.

Book seems to be the kind of player who can spend his entire career on the same team, and he has experienced the ups and downs of the Suns. His participation in the whole process is a positive signal and hopes that the team's situation will improve as soon as possible.

Who will become the next head coach of the Suns?

The Suns have several candidates entering the next round of interviews, including Dallas Mavericks assistant coach Sean Sweeney, Miami Heat assistant coach Chris Quinn, and Cleveland Cavaliers Jordan Ott and Johnny Bryant. They both accepted an interview with Suns general manager Brian Gregory this week, according to the Stan Straight.

Oklahoma City Thunder assistant coach Dave Bliss is still competing for the position, and the team is about to advance to the finals against the Indiana Pacers.

This list of candidates is very good, and I hope their philosophy can be consistent with the goals of the Suns' current lineup. They have been unable to make progress over the past two seasons due to the lack of talented players in the team besides Durant, Booker and Bradley Beal. If the Suns can trade Durant or Bill, their roster will gain some flexibility and increase the depth of the lineup around Booker.

If the Suns decide to keep these three players, they may have a hard time achieving the success they want.
