First visit to Tottenham’s new stadium, Henry: I used to win at the old stadium, but it felt pretty good

November 16th: Henry visited Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the first time recently and talked about his views on the stadium.

Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium opened in 2019 and is known as a benchmark in world football. They demolished the original White Hart Lane stadium and built this new stadium, attracting the NFL and some of the world's top music artists to perform.

When asked how he felt about being at the home of his arch-rivals, Henry said: "It feels strange. I've never been to a new stadium before. I've always been to the old one and won a lot of games, but it feels pretty good."

One of Henry's greatest achievements at White Hart Lane came in 2004, when Arsenal secured the league title at their rival's home ground and eventually won the title with an unbeaten record.

A summer of blockbuster signings has made Arsenal favorites to win the title, although Manchester City have recently narrowed the gap after dropping a late point away at Sunderland.

However, Henry believes that the team can successfully win the championship. He said: "As a fan, I definitely support Arsenal. I think we are in good shape. Although the game against Sunderland a few days ago was slightly inferior, now is our moment and I hope we can win."
