Chelsea official: 18-year-old Brazilian international Estewan officially joined the team and has joined the training

Hupu, August 6, Chelsea officially announced that Brazilian international Estewan William officially joined the team.
A lot has happened in the past 14 months. The talented winger has become a key figure in Palmeiras's forward line and made his first appearance for the Brazilian national team in September.
Then, Estewan made four more appearances for the national team and represented Palmeiras in this summer's Club World Cup.
The 18-year-old played against the Blues in the quarterfinals and scored a goal, which was impressive, but it didn't affect our journey to win the world championship.
Like the rest of Chelsea players, Estewan enjoyed a break after the championship. But now he's rendezvous with his new Blues teammates in Cobham, we're getting pre-season preparations for the 2024/25 season.
"I am very happy to be able to represent Chelsea - one of the greatest clubs in the world - I feel very fulfilled," Estewan said on his first day at Chelsea. "I'm very happy, I hope to help the team in the best way."
He has accumulated rich first-team experience when he joined the Blues. He has played 83 times for Palmeiras first team and has played 5 times for Brazil, all of which are in the highly competitive World Cup qualifiers in South America.
"I waited for nearly a year and a half to come here. But for the past year and a half, I have been training hard and doing my best to come here at my best.
I am very, very excited. This is a new experience, a new stage in my life. I am full of expectations for this and hope everything goes well."
