On July 29, ESPN rated the operations of the 2025-26 offseason for each team in the league, and only the Atlanta Hawks and Houston Rockets received A ratings! The New Orleans Pelicans received the worst rating for F, while the Warriors showed "unfinished" because they did not have any operations yet.

Forbes Sports reporter Evan Steeley took the lead in listing the worst-rated teams: Pelicans F, Pacers D, Kings D+, Bulls C-, Nets C-, Raptors C-, Warriors (not yet completed).

Why does the Pelicans say F? Although the Pelicans got Poole, selected Derek Quinn, and signed Kevin Rooney, the prospects of this team are generally disgraced, and they are unable to control the first-round draft pick in 2026.

Rockets Rating A-No team did more than Houston for the 2026 championship chances. They added two-time FMVP winner Durant, renewed VanVleet, Adams, Jeff Green, Tate, Holiday and others, and found Dillon's replacement Finney Smith, who won the third center pick Capela in the KD trade.

Hawks are also A-catching top free agent Alexander Walker, traded to get Porzingis, adding to the first round of the 2026 Bucks, and 2024 No. 1 pick Rissache has also proved that he is a qualified starting lineup, and the Hawks' defense improvement is obvious.

Nuggets have A-, and the trade gets Kayo and Valan make the lineup deeper. With a basic salary, you can get instant combat power such as Bruce Brown and Hardaway. This is the best lineup of the Nuggets after winning the championship in 2023.

Clippers B+, many people are worried about the Clippers' age structure. Paul is 40, Dalow is 37, and Bill is 32. Few people have noticed that this Clippers have cleared huge cap space for the summer of 2027. Collins is also the Clippers in the new season of the season in the year of playing.

Lakers B, the Lakers will renew their contract with 26-year-old super giant Doncic this summer, sign 23-year-old Laravia, 27-year-old Ayton, and 31-year-old Smart. The Lakers' defense has improved.

The remaining teams - Celtics C, Hornets B-, Cavaliers B-, Mavericks B-, Pistons C, Grizzlies B, Heat B+, Bucks C+, Timberwolves B-, Knicks B, Thunder B+, Magic B, Philadelphia C, Trail B, Spurs B, Jazz C, Wizards B.
