World Sports: Barcelona is talking to La Liga about new players registration, they believe they have complied with the 1:1 rule

June 20, World Sports reported that Barcelona is talking to La Liga about the registration of new players, and they believe they have complied with the 1:1 rule.
Barcelona is in consultation with La Liga on the situation of the Financial Fairness Act and the registration of Nico Williams and Joan Garcia. The club believes they comply with the 1:1 rule, as Chairman Laporta said. However, La Liga president Tebas expressed the opposite position in a recent public statement, saying that Barcelona is "very clear about what he should do" because "signing a player and completing the registration are two different things."
Although the seemingly different remarks of the two sides showed tension, in fact, communication between Barcelona and La Liga was smooth. The key to the difference in the arguments between the two sides is that Tebas is based on the ruling made by the club's auditor Crowe in March. The agency believes that the club's 30-year use rights of 475 VIP seats in January was invalid. According to La Liga's interim financial statements, the auditor believes that the 100 million euros should not be included in the season because the asset entity has not been actually built. This allows La Liga to claim that Barcelona does not comply with the 1:1 rule and says the problem lies with the club's differences with its auditors.
But the club insists that the seats already exist, and contractor Limak has issued a certificate that it will be put into use as long as the Camp Nou reopens. However, the premise is that the auditor must acknowledge the transaction and confirm its effectiveness to La Liga. In addition, Tebas previously received information that these seats must be fully completed before they can be used, rather than being activated when the audience is welcomed back in September, as Barcelona plans.
Therefore, the club is convinced that as long as the auditor submits relevant documents for VIP seats to La Liga, all problems will be solved, but these audit documents have not yet been delivered to La Liga. At the same time, Barcelona has earned revenue through transfers from players such as Todibo, Valle, Moriba, Corrado, Rez and Nico, and there may be more leaving the team to trade later, which will bring a more abundant capital flow.
