Why are there a gap in Italian football coaches and many people s development not going well?

To be honest, it's quite strange. We have seen a lot of acquaintances about Italian coaches. Inzagi, Pirlo, Gattuso, Giladino, Nesta, Cannavaro, De Rossi, and Camoranesi are all coaching, but few can achieve outstanding results.
In recent years, the freshman coaches in Italian football have been a bit amazing, except Inzaghi, who coaches Inter Milan and has achieved some results, but the others have relatively dull results.
Realistically speaking, it is normal to have so many excellent players, one or two excellent coaches, but there is no one who can succeed.
Regarding this issue, a friend has also discussed with me in reality why the familiar Italian stars such as the 1970s and 1980s will be so bad as coaches after retirement?
Look at Spain, Guardiola, Alonso, Arteta and others are all good, but Italy is much darker and it feels like it has disappeared.
I also thought about this issue carefully and found that some phenomena are quite prominent.
One is a personality problem. When talking about coaching before, I also mentioned Pirlo and Gattuso, who are not in good condition in coaching positions and are in a polarized state.
Pirlo is capable enough, but his personality is easy-going, unable to control the locker room, and lacks some majesty, which makes it difficult for him to succeed since he became a coach; Gattuso is irritable, just like when he was a player, he is always restless in the team.
Either there is an internal strife or there is a problem with interpersonal relationships, which ends up in an unhappy way.
Recently, Gattuso was appointed as the new coach of the Italian national team, replacing Spaletti as the helm, which caused great controversy after the news came out.
After getting the news, many fans were amazed, is there no one in Italy and can’t find anyone everywhere, so they can only coach Gattuso?
Over the years, Sort Katou has made no contribution to the position. Can he lead the team to achieve good results?
To be honest, I don’t have any confidence either. I feel that the Italian Football Association is a little ill and is eager to seek medical treatment and gives up on its own. It seems that I can’t continue to struggle, and I made this decision after giving up.
and also abilities. In terms of ability, some coaches are actually OK, such as Inzagi and Girardino, these two are not too bad.
I have seen some competitions they coached, and I still have certain characteristics in leading the team and have my own ideas and ideas.
But for some reason, their coach's career was not going well, and it also had a bit of a bumpy smell. Maybe I have been in Italy for a long time, and I rarely talk about having more contact with the advanced coaching teams from the outside world. I have been coaching in Serie A for a long time and have limited development, which makes them still have a big gap from the level of front-line coaches.
As for Nesta and others, these are not enough. There are few highlights in leading the team. I can’t see any good direction in the future. I still need to continue to hone my team in Monza and other teams in order to accumulate experience and develop in the future in the big club.
Judging from the examples of Arteta, Kompani, Maresca and others, I think that if these Italian coaches want to develop, the best thing to do is to "steal the teacher and learn skills", first learn from successful coaches, and accumulate some experience.
I have observed the new generation of coaches. Those who can succeed basically start with the youth team coach, assistant coach, etc. If you don’t say it, you will become the head coach directly. There are very few examples, most of them are learning from famous teachers.
I studied for a while and felt it was pretty good, so I tried to slowly cultivate from a low-level team and accumulate some coaching experience.
brought out the results and felt good. Then I went to a small and medium-sized club to coach and get familiar with it. Then Yu Juelongmen and gained a foothold in the wealthy family.
Most coaches take this "curve-curve country" and slow growth route, which is also effective.
It is quite important to be a disciple. Studying around famous coaches will be greater than the achievements you have learned by yourself, which will be a good experience.
For example, Inzaji, he can learn from his younger brother and learn how to coach the giant team. This is also OK. From leading Pisa to Serie A, I think Da Inzaghi will have hope of success in the future.
Among these coaches, there are still some people who can succeed. De Rossi has some hope. He has led Roma for a short time before and has some highlights. Unfortunately, it’s not long and he can’t coach for a long time. Otherwise, it’s hard to say whether he can lead the team to achieve anything.
You can give these coaches some more time and see what kind of achievements they will achieve in five years. Five years is basically enough and can accumulate a lot of experience.
Ancelotti is soon older, and Ranieri is about to withdraw from the stage of history. The Italian freshmen coaches have to work harder and continue to move forward with the old predecessors.
