Hupu News on November 22 According to Radio Ser Radio’s report on the evening of November 21, Spanish time, the Spanish Sports Administrative Tribunal (TAD) has officially opened an investigation against Javier Tebas, the chairman of the Spanish Professional League (LALIGA), on the grounds that he is suspected of committing “very serious” violations.

The matter goes back to Barcelona's Olmo registration crisis. At that time, in order to refute outside doubts, LALIGA issued an official statement, disclosing specific confidential financial details of Barcelona, and clearly pointed out that Barcelona failed to register the 100 million euros in revenue related to the VIP box at the Nou Camp.

In response to this leak, Miguel Garland, chairman of the "Sports Transparency" Association, launched a complaint. This person is not only the chairman of the National Coaches Training Center (CENAFE) and a professional lawyer, but also known as the "high-level nemesis" because he has used legal means to bring down Villar and Rubiales, the two presidents of the Spanish Football Federation. He has recently supported Barcelona in public on many occasions.

Garland first submitted the charges to the Superior Sports Council (CSD). On October 20, CSD officially handed over the complaint to TAD. After a month of research and judgment, TAD believes that there are preliminary signs that Tebas's public disclosure of confidential data submitted by the club constitutes a serious breach of confidentiality obligations, so it decided to formally file the case today.

Currently, Tevas faces a wide range of punishments, ranging from a public warning to a possible suspension of 2 months to a year. In the most serious case, he may even be directly dismissed from his position as LALIGA chairman.
