May 16th RMC Sports reported that Paris FC, the newly promoted Ligue 1 team next season, is considering continuing to retain free tickets for 10% of the stadium capacity.

Two years after implementing the policy of free tickets for home games, Paris FC considers retaining 10% of free tickets next season. In the past two seasons, the all-free ticket policy implemented by Paris FC has achieved remarkable results. During the 2024-2025 French League, the average number of spectators in the club exceeded 10,000, doubled compared with before the implementation of the policy. Although the new stadium with a larger capacity after upgrading to Ligue 1 will face different situations, the club management, which upholds the civilian gene, still decided to retain free seats equivalent to 10% of the stadium capacity.

Club Chairman Pierre Ferraci promised several months ago that even if he was promoted to Ligue 1, the new shareholder Arno family still hopes to continue their strategy of attracting civilian audiences. Since the new stadium that pays millions of euros a year is difficult to maintain the full free ticket model, the management finally proposed a 10% free seat plan, which is about 2,000 seats, and the specific allocation mechanism is still to be announced.

In order to realize some free ticketing plans, Paris FC will rely on VIP regional commercial development. The investment in private rooms and VIP rooms has aroused strong interest from the Arnault family and LVMH Group partners. In addition, as the fan organization grows, the club expects season ticket sales to exceed 5,000, and its pricing is much lower than the same product of Paris Saint-Germain hundreds of meters away from the Princes Stadium.
