Payable dues! UEFA announced that three clubs will be suspended for European competitions; there will be probation, and Lyon and other teams will be fined

On May 3, UEFA officially announced that 13 clubs were punished for arrears of transfer fees, salaries, taxes and other behaviors, and 3 of them were suspended (probation).

On Friday local time, UEFA Club Financial Control Agency (CFCB) announced that in the 2024-25 season, 13 European clubs were penalized for defaulting on payments due to other clubs, employees and tax departments.

Among them, Ligue 1 Lyon Club was fined 200,000 euros, Trabzon Sports and Dynamo Batumi were fined 100,000 euros, Donetsk miners and Astana were fined 50,000 euros, Dynamo Tbilis, Barkani and Krakow were fined 40,000 euros, Topol Costana was fined 30,000 euros, Lincoln Red Devils and Bduknost were fined 10,000 euros, Krivoylogue and Placia were warned.

At the same time, the three clubs, Astana, Dynamo Tbilisi and Dynamo Batumi, have been banned from participating in the European competition for one season, but will be suspended. If Astana re-emergies of such arrears of payables in the next two seasons, the suspension penalty will take effect. If Dynamo Tbilisi and Dynamo Batumi again occur in next season, the suspension will take effect.
