Official: 19-year-old Kratenmah ends Ulm s loan early and returns to Bayern to go to the World Cup

On May 23, Bayern's official website announced that Kratenmah ended Ulm's loan early and returned to Bayern.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder Kratenmach was loaned to the Bundesliga team Ulm this season. He will officially return to Bayern on June 1, 2025 and go with the team to compete in the Club World Cup held in the United States from June 14 to July 13.

Bayern sports director Froinder said: "Krattenmach's development in Ulm meets our expectations. This recall is to allow him to integrate into the first team through the Club World Cup. He comes from and grows here. Fans are eager for such local players. Our plan is to allow him to accumulate experience with the first team in the United States for a long time, and then discuss his future together."

The German youth international born in Bad Abring joined Bayern from Schweinfurt in the summer of 2023 and was then loaned to Ulm to gain game experience. This season, he has made 33 appearances in various competitions, contributing 3 goals and 8 assists, and has made 6 appearances for the German U20 national team.
