Mid-body: Juventus can only Osmeen & Muani chooses one of two, Chelsea may compete with the latter

According to the July 5th report of the Milan Sports Daily, after signing without a visa, Juventus could only choose one of Muani and Osmeen.

The media pointed out that Juventus is on vacation, but the transfer market is still operating. After ending the US journey to the Club World Cup, the Zebras will gather at Continentasa base at the end of July to prepare for the new season. Meanwhile, sports director Damian Comoli is working hard to build a front line puzzle.

Canadian striker David, who is free from Lille, is Comolly's first signing, but the manager, who aims to revive the Agnelli family's glory, will not stop there. His current work focuses on two fronts: one is Osmeen, the target that Juventus has long been concerned about (former director Jontoli brought him to Naples and maintained a special relationship); the other is Paris Saint-Germain striker Muani, who will return to Paris after the expiration of his six-month loan period.

The forward combination of David and Osmeen will greatly alleviate Juventus' goal dilemma last season. The Nigerian center (who was loaned to Galatasaray last season, owned by Naples) was the Zebras' dream for months, and the player himself has agreed to join.

The core obstacle is the 75 million euro termination fee (non-salary issues): Osmaine's annual salary after tax is 9 million euros, but he can enjoy tax benefits from the Italian Growth Act. Juventus hopes to renew Muani (a buyout clause in 2026), with an annual salary of about 7 million euros and no tax reduction, and the actual salary cost is higher.

For Juventus, which has been pursuing salary control in recent years, the idea of having two people at the same time is not feasible at the financial level (it also needs to be added with David's annual salary of 6 million and Vlahovic's annual salary of 12 million unless the Serbian agrees to leave the team). Therefore, the current situation is actually a choice: if Osmeen is signed, Juventus will be forced to give up Muani - unless Paris accepts a loan plan without a forced buyout and players have significantly reduced their salaries.

Comoli has not given up any goal in case he ends up empty-handed. Osmain has reached an agreement with the players, but needs to negotiate with Naples: the 75 million termination fee clause expires in mid-July, and Juventus requires the players to delay the time in order to negotiate a price cut with Chairman DeLaurentis.

Muani has been negotiating with Paris for a long time, but Chelsea's intervention may disrupt the situation. The French striker has repeatedly expressed his enjoyment of Turin and is willing to stay in the team, but his future depends on Paris's position: Ligue 1 giants tend to sell directly rather than renew the lease, and if Chelsea offers a more substantial offer (Juventus only wants to buy out without a forced buyout), it may change the situation.
